Your survey reward will be located in your survey portal.  

To navigate on a browser: 

• Log into your portal at https://surveys.webmd.com/login/
• Find the rewards tab at the top of the screen
• Scroll to locate the reward you are searching for

To navigate on a mobile browser: 

• Log into your portal at https://surveys.webmd.com/login/
• Click the hamburger button at the top left
• Select rewards
• Scroll to locate the reward you are searching for
