Your survey reward will be located in your survey portal.  

To navigate on a browser: 

• Log into your portal at https://surveys.webmd.com/login/
• Find the rewards tab at the top of the screen
• Scroll to locate the reward you are searching for
  • After clicking claim or issued, you will be directed to Tango's website, our reward vendor, where you will be prompted to select or view your previously redeemed gift card(s).
