We do our best to process all rewards as quickly as possible. After a survey closes, the client sponsoring the survey will review all responses and approve them for payment.  Within 4-6 weeks after the survey closes, you will receive an email from Surveys@healthsurveys.webmd.com, which will inform you that your reward is available to be claimed.

Click on the ‘Claim Now’ button in the email, or check your Participant Portal rewards page at https://surveys.webmd.com, and then click the ‘Claim’ link next to your reward. You will be directed to Tango's website, our reward vendor, to select your gift card(s).

 Please note: Do not include any personal information when contacting Customer Support, except for the email address you registered with, the survey number if relevant, and a description of the problem you encountered.
