Below you will find a full breakdown of all Survey statuses that you will see in your survey portal once you have become a verified WebMD Health and Wellness Survey Panelist.
- Completed - Pending approval: You have completed the survey and it is currently going through the approval process and/or the survey has not closed yet. Once the survey closes, if your answers are accepted/approved, the status will change to ‘completed - approved’.
- Completed - Responses not approved: After closing the survey, our client performs quality checks on all responses. Unfortunately, your responses were unable to be used in the client's analysis, which is why you were not paid for participating. We have very little influence on their reasoning for removals.
- Completed - Approved: You will be paid soon for completing the survey. Payment is typically made 4-6 weeks after the survey closes.

Completed - Reward Available: The gift card code is available to claim. From the survey portal (under rewards) or the survey rewards email you received, follow the steps to get your gift card code.

Completed - Reward Claimed: You have received your gift card code. This is the final reward status. Note: This status is not linked to your usage of the actual gift card on Amazon.com, it simply means you have received the code for your use.
- If an hour has passed since claiming the reward, and you no longer have access to view the Amazon code, please review How do I access my claimed reward, it's no longer available
