Reward emails or viewing your online portal online directly are 2 ways to claim your reward. The email will simply alert you when the payment is available in the portal and link you there to claim.
If you have successfully completed a survey more than 6 weeks ago but have yet to receive your reward it could be that the survey officially closed later than expected. Payment dates are not 6 weeks from when one completes them, but rather 6 weeks from the survey's closure. Therefore it could simply be that the survey has not officially closed. You can reach out to us to ask for the status of the survey.
Another reason why you may not have received your reward for a completed survey is the reward email was missed in your inbox. Please check to make sure you have not overlooked the emailed reward. Or you can simply look in the online portal for your reward as well. Please search your inbox for an email from either of the following addresses: Surveys@healthsurveys.webmd.com
(We have listed some tips below for searching spam and whitelisting the two emails listed above.)
If you do not see your reward in the portal, then a reward email was not sent and you can stop looking.
Still not finding the reward email? Could you be registered more than once with WebMD? If so, you may be checking an inbox that is not associated with WebMD Health and Wellness surveys, or a duplicate WebMD registration that was not the account which received the survey in question. You can verify this by finding the original survey invite and looking at the "sent to" address. Once you confirm where the survey invite was sent, you know this is the inbox where you will find the reward email.
If you have tried the above steps but are still unable to locate the reward email and it is not in the online portal either, please click the Contact Us button on this page and select 'Surveys' from the Category drop down menu. Be sure to include your name, the survey name and number, as well as the ID listed at the bottom of the original invite. (You should see information similar to this on the bottom of your invite: Study on Medical Research AB 444444.1 and your ID 1234567.)
We will then investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.

Whitelist an Email Address in a Security Program
Certain firewall and intrusion prevention security programs can interfere (or block) emails from Constant Contact. If you aren't receiving our emails and you already had them whitelist the "From Email" address in your email client, you may have to update the whitelist in your security program as well. This is less likely to affect web-based email programs, like Gmail, Yahoo, or AOL, and more likely to affect desktop-based email programs, like Outlook, Thunderbird, or AppleMail, because they sit behind the firewall for an operating system or network.
If you don't see your contact's security program listed below, you'll need to visit the support webpage for your security program and search for instructions to add "safe senders" to the whitelist, or contact them directly.
Important: Some security programs prompt you to restart your computer to allow the changes to take effect. |
