After a survey closes, the client sponsoring the survey will review all responses and approve them for payment. This typically takes about 4-6 weeks; however, some surveys may stay open longer than 6 weeks. We will do our best to process your reward as quickly as possible.

Within 6-8 weeks after the survey closes (which is different from the date completed), you will receive an email from surveys@research.webmd.com which will inform you that your reward is available to be claimed. Click on the ‘Claim Now’ button in the email, or check your Participant Portal rewards page and then click the ‘Claim’ link next to your reward. Your Amazon.com gift card code* will appear on screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply your Amazon.com gift card* to your Amazon.com account.

IMPORTANT: If you do not claim your Amazon.com gift code* by the expiration date listed within the email and the Survey Portal, you will waive any claim to the Amazon.com gift code*.
