Some surveys may include a telephone or video call interview. Here is how they work:

1. You will receive an invitation to participate that will come in an email from WebMD and the invitation will be available in the survey portal.
2. If a telephone/web conferencing interview is part of the research, it will be specified in the invitation.
3. If you qualify for an interview, your name, email address, and telephone number will be requested.
4. You will receive the name of the third-party that will conduct the interview.
5. WebMD will NEVER reach out to you by telephone without first getting direct consent.
6. WebMD will NEVER ask for your credit card information.
