In order to determine if you’re eligible to participate in surveys, you need to complete the registration with WebMD Surveys. Once you complete your registration and verify your email address, we will match you with available surveys based on the information you provided during registration.

Some surveys may have additional screening questions to determine whether you qualify to participate in them. Note, each survey has its own participation criteria.

Please remember to always answer survey questions as truthfully as possible and to the best of your ability. If you do not feel comfortable answering questions being asked in a survey, you have the option to leave the survey incomplete.
