Some of the surveys may be conducted over the phone or web conferencing (ie, zoom or google meet).Here is how these types of surveys work:

1. You will receive an email invitation  and the invitation will be available in the survey portal.
2. The invitation will indicate that the survey will take place on the  telephone or using web conferencing  , it will be specified in the invitation.
3. If you qualify, your name, email address, and telephone number will be requested for scheduling and contacting you about this survey.
4. You will be emailed the telephone/web conferencing details once you have scheduled a data and time for the survey. 
5. At the date and time of the scheduled survey, you will join the telephone or web conferencing. You will answer the moderator’s questions for the entire time that you are scheduled to participate. The more details you provide during this live survey the more helpful it is for our health and wellness clients.
