Technical errors/issues can be the result of the cache and/or cookies on your computer or device. We suggest clearing both or trying another browser if the issue persists. Our surveys are most compatible with Google Chrome, and we do find issues can occur on mobile devices.
If you continue to experience a technical issue when participating in a survey, please contact our customer support team, including the following:
- The survey number and email associated with this survey
- This information can be found in your survey portal or your emailed survey invitation
- Describe what is being experienced and provide the exact wording or screenshot of any error message. This will allow us to escalate more efficiently
Please note: Do not include any personal information when contacting Customer Support, except for the email address you registered with, the survey number if relevant, and a description of the problem you encountered.
