If you continue to experience a technical issue when participating in a survey, please contact our customer support team, including the following:
- The survey number, as well as the ID, which are located at the bottom of the invitation
- Forward the original email invitation you received if you cannot locate this information
- Describe what is being experienced and provide the exact wording or screenshot of any error message
- Please confirm you tried the suggestions mentioned above
