If you experience a technical issue when participating in a survey, please contact our customer support team and include the following:
- The survey name and number, as well as your ID, which are all provided on the survey invitation.
- The original email invitation you received
- Describe what is being experienced and provide the wording of any error message
Please note: The majority of our surveys are put together by outside clients. Please allow time for us to communicate with these other parties.
